Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Please contact us if you are interested in any of the items. Each artwork has its own enquiry form or simply e-mail us if you would like to know more about the item. We may also stock more items than are shown on our website, in which case we will let you know. We indicate the price in each artwork page in Japanese Yen, Euros and the US Dollar but all final sale prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). The exchange rates are updated daily for your convenience.

Payment can be made in a number of forms including PayPal and bank transfer. Please note the transfer fee will be in your charge.

International shipping will be by Japan Post EMS and domestic shipping will be by standard overnight shipping.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will start to prepare the items to be shipped. It may take some time since each item should be inspected by artist and gallery before packaging. We will inform you when it’s ready to ship, which is usually a few business days after the payment. Some fragile or large items could take longer to ship and we will let you know in advance.

We are also happy to show you our selection of artwork at our Kyoto gallery. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment. We accept and reply in English or Japanese  by email and contact form. By telephone we will use Japanese but English is available on request.

We can arrange a Zoom meeting to show you our selection of artworks. We can meet either in English or Japanese. Please contact us to arrange a virtual visit.
